We advise all travelers to note that choosing to come on a JetBlack trip is agreeing to be prompt for each day’s activity. We provide very specific instructions and time on the events each day and remain adherent to the time specified on the itinerary. In the event you are not ready for transportation pick up or any other activities at the appointed time, please note that the group will leave without you; therefore we highly recommend you are ready at the time of each scheduled activity.

REFUND POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable as all initial deposits go into escrow and towards each traveler’s rooms voucher (This is a fee paid to our international partners for room confirmation for each traveler & can’t be received back)

If you request cancellation of a booking more than 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled trip, the penalty is 50% of the amount paid (Sans the Deposit).
If you request cancellation of booking within 30 days of the first day of the scheduled trip, the penalty is 100% (Sans the Deposit).
