The hotel was beautiful, the itinerary was packed with lovely activities, and I enjoyed all the accommodations. A few small hiccups along the way (an airport pickup mix-up, one museum being closed, some payment/card confusion at a couple of stops), but overall I'd travel with Jet Black again.”

There were far more positives than negatives, and I appreciate the amount of planning that went into the experience. I especially loved the reliable transportation, the restaurant selections, the well-balanced itinerary mixing historic and modern Marrakech, the desert adventure, the evening entertainment, and the historical context our guide provided. A few suggestions for improvement: verify attraction schedules ahead of time (we arrived at a closed museum), separate checks at group dinners, and a bit more encouragement for solo travelers and content-focused guests to mix with the rest of the group. Despite those notes, the itinerary was well designed and I left with a much deeper appreciation for Morocco.”
